The Copy Center on the fifth floor of the library offers scanning, copying and printing services.
There are two free scanners located in the fifth floor Copy Center as well as an additional scanner located on the third floor near the periodicals. Each scanner is equipped with a flatbed book scanner and a document scanner.
Users agree to copyright restrictions upon using the scanners. Scans can be sent to a USB Drive, email, Google Drive or to a mobile device.
At times the scanners can be very busy. Please be mindful of others and do not scan for more than 15 minutes so that others may use the machines.
There is one photocopier available in the Copy Center which accepts Wiscards or print cards. Copies are $.10 each.
UW students, faculty and staff may pay with a Wiscard Campus Cash or Print Cash account. To add money to your account, visit the Wiscard Print Account page.
Non-UW patrons may obtain a print card at the circulation desk. Funds may be added with a credit card or with cash using the card kiosk located on the second floor of Memorial Library.
Note: the Law Library no longer accepts debit cards.
The Copy Center has two printers which charge $.07 per page ($.14 for double-sided). The printers accept Wiscards or print cards.
UW students, faculty and staff may pay with a Wiscard Campus Cash or Print Cash account by entering a NetID and password. To add money to your account, visit the Wiscard Print Account page.
Non-UW patrons may obtain a print card at the circulation desk. Funds may be added by using the vending machine located in Reference at Memorial Library on the second floor.

You may print from any of the six public workstation computers located near the Reference Desk or wirelessly from your laptop. To configure your laptop for wireless printing to the Copy Center printers, see the following instructions: for Windows 10 (doc.x), for Windows 7/8 (doc.x), or for Macs (doc.x).

Charging Cords Available for Checkout
The mobile device charging stations formerly located in the copy center have been retired. However, now you may check out charging cords for your mobile devices (sorry, not for laptops) behind the circulation desk.
