The UW Law Library assigns professional, librarian liaisons to each Law
School faculty member to support the research needs of the academic community
we serve.
Contact your librarian liaison to:
- Get research assistance
- Be informed of the library’s newly acquired titles in your
area of interest
- Be alerted to recent news or research via email
- Request delivery of books, articles, cases, etc.
- Suggest a book or journal title for purchase
- Make your course readings easily accessible to your students via
the web
- Provide your students with a guide to research materials on a topic
- Invite librarians to demonstrate topical resources to your class
- Recommend a librarian as a “research advisor" for your
class
By scheduling a meeting with a library liaison or completing a faculty
interest profile, we will be able to match library resources that
best suit your subject specialities.
The librarian liaisons are listed below, grouped
generally by their subject specialties. Long standing liaison, Mike Morgalla,
also works with this team to provide timely, personalized service to the
faculty.
