Law Faculty Staff Card
Longer loan periods for faculty and staff are generated with a separate law faculty staff card. In order to establish this secondary account, you must have a UW ID. After your account is created, we will store a copy of your faculty staff card at the Circulation Desk, so you do not have to bring your card with you. Simply tell the student at the Circulation Desk you are faculty/staff and they will find your card.
For a printer-friendly handout with this information, see Faculty Circulation Services.

Your assistant may be authorized to charge items for you at all campus libraries by making them proxies to your account. When they visit a library to pick up an item for you, they tell the Circulation Desk employee they want to do a proxy charge. While still using their UW ID, the item is charged to your account and overdue notices are sent to you. To request someone be able to charge as your proxy, please complete the Library Runner Authorization Request form.
